Support lives in your WhatsApp personal number
Tickets get lost in group chats. No tracking, no SLA, no accountability. When you're off, nothing works.
DeskFlow turns every WhatsApp message into a tracked support ticket. Your clients message you, your team responds, everyone stays in the loop. No apps to install. No portals to learn.
Client reports 12 users offline. Priority: P2 High
Built for IT teams and MSPs across South Africa
Tickets get lost in group chats. No tracking, no SLA, no accountability. When you're off, nothing works.
You're manually counting hours from WhatsApp threads, compiling invoices from memory. Half the billable time gets forgotten.
Which clients have open issues? Which agent is overloaded? Which SLA is about to breach? Nobody knows.
DeskFlow creates a ticket automatically
Suggests category, priority, and resolution
Replies via WhatsApp directly from the ticket
Month-end invoice ready in one click
DeskFlow doesn't just wait for someone to send a WhatsApp message. Your firewall, network devices, and monitored infrastructure feed straight into the same system your support team already uses — so when something goes wrong, a ticket exists and someone's already looking at it, often before you've noticed anything's wrong.
For MSPs managing multiple clients, this means a genuine proactive-support story: your team sees issues across every client in one place, the moment they happen — not when a client calls to complain.
Built on ITIL best practices. Priced for SA budgets.
Inbound messages become tickets automatically. Agents reply from DeskFlow. Clients stay in WhatsApp.
When a customer messages your WhatsApp number, DeskFlow can send an interactive menu so they choose what they need. The ticket is logged, they get an acknowledgement with the ticket number, and menu choices can route by category. If the menu cannot be delivered, they still receive a plain-text acknowledgement and the ticket is still created. Configure greeting and options per organisation in Settings → WhatsApp.
On the Business plan, tickets can be classified, prioritised, and matched to similar past tickets with draft response suggestions.
On the Business plan, find similar tickets by meaning, not just keywords — for example matching connectivity issues across different wording.
One DeskFlow account for all your clients. Separate data, separate SLAs, one dashboard.
Log time on tickets and push billable entries to myBillable invoices when your organisation connects myBillable in DeskFlow.
Change management, problem management, service catalog, SLA tracking. Tick the boxes for enterprise clients.
Track every device your clients own. Photos, warranties, ticket history. Know your client's infrastructure.
Document solutions as you go. Portal search surfaces answers before clients even submit a ticket.
Predefined request types with custom forms and approval workflows. 'New laptop setup' as a structured process.
Create tickets from Slack or Microsoft Teams messages. When an agent replies from DeskFlow, the requester sees the response in the same Slack or Teams thread.
Sign in with Microsoft, Okta, Google Workspace, or any OpenID Connect provider.
Route infrastructure changes through a proper approval process before they go live — built for clients who need change management to satisfy an audit, not just tick a box.
If a ticket is about to breach its SLA, DeskFlow automatically raises the priority and reassigns it — so nothing sits forgotten in a queue.
Set up your own "when this happens, do that" rules — auto-assign by category, auto-prioritise by client, auto-notify the right person. No manual triage required.
Already running pfSense or OPNsense? DeskFlow plugs straight in — network alerts become tickets automatically, and your firewall config gets backed up on schedule.
Switches, access points, and routers get monitored and tracked as assets alongside everything else — full visibility, not just what's behind one firewall.
If you use Microsoft Intune or Defender, DeskFlow shows each device's patch status, compliance state, and security alerts directly on its asset record — one screen, not three.
When a laptop moves from one employee to another — or comes back at offboarding — DeskFlow captures a signed confirmation and a condition record. No more "I never got that" disputes.
Before any device is reused or retired, DeskFlow tracks that it's been properly wiped and can produce a certificate — audit-ready, every time.
Tell DeskFlow when someone's starting or leaving, and it automatically preps their equipment ahead of day one, and schedules the handover before their last day — no more scrambling on the morning someone joins, or forgetting to collect a laptop when someone leaves.

Clients message your number. DeskFlow asks which company they're from — once. Every message after routes automatically.
See all your clients' open tickets, SLA compliance, and breach risk in one view. Know where to focus.
Different SLA targets for different clients. Your enterprise clients get 1-hour response. Your SME clients get 4 hours. All tracked automatically.
Log time on client tickets. One click pushes to myBillable. Each client gets their own invoice line items.
Firewall down at Client A? Device non-compliant at Client B? See it the moment it happens, across your whole client base, in one view — reach out before they call you.
Switching shouldn't mean starting from zero. DeskFlow imports tickets, assets, and knowledge base articles from CSV, with mapping templates for Freshservice and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus — so your team keeps its history and reporting doesn't reset to day one.
